During Your Party

Fun ways to have a great time during your party!
 Here are some suggestions on what to do during your party.
  • Play music that goes along with your party theme.
  • Welcome each guest
    • Share a little about the theme.
    • Tell how excited you are about WorldCrafts and the artisans represented.
  • Give guests time to mingle.
    • Allow guests about 15 minutes to fellowship, sample snacks, and view products.
    • This is a great time to hand out the artisan biographies to attendees so they can begin to learn about WorldCrafts artisan groups.
  • Introduce WorldCrafts and offer a few facts about the artisans.
  • Have a share time.
    • Ask any enlisted presenters to share about their experiences with the people groups represented by the artisans.
    • Invite guests to participate or share about their experiences.
  • Take an activity break.
    • Use the suggested activities or dream up your own.
    • Award products to the winners as your choose.
  • Serve refreshments.
  • Encourage party attendees that they can bless WorldCrafts artisans both physically and spiritually by praying for them and purchasing their products.
    • Allow 20 minutes for guests to review items for sale and make their final purchasing decisions. Or allow time for guests to review the catalog and fill out their order forms.Complete product purchases and/or take orders
    • Guests can place their individual order online, call in their order to Customer Service at 1-800-968-7301, or use the catalog order form. A blank order form is also available.
    • We encourage group orders to avoid individual shipping charges. You can send in the catalog order form. A blank order form is also available. You may want to print extra copies of the blank order form before the party. Please only send one check per order form made payable to WorldCrafts.
    • Thank each person for his or her order.
