Valentine Tea Party
It's as Simple as 1-2-3!
1. Before
Select a date and party site (church or home).
Create an interest center of WorldCrafts products.
A. Go to our shop page, and if feasible,
purchase 6–10 items to display at the tea party. If
you use your church's LifeWay account, items are
returnable. Choose different product types (i.e.,
jewelry, purses/bags/totes, Nativity sets, etc.) that
will appeal to your women guests.
B. Alternately, purchase the Spring Hostess
Sample Set and use it for your display.
Order the WorldCrafts DVD ($9.99)
Send invitations. You may suggest that the women "dress up" for the tea party, if your participants would enjoy that type of activity.
Plan a tea party menu with heart-shaped finger sandwiches and cookies, and several varieties of tea. What an opportunity to use your china teapot or even a silver tea service!
2. During
Introduce the WorldCrafts ministry by viewing the WorldCrafts DVD on a computer/TV visible to guests. Walk the participants through the sample WorldCrafts items. Make these available for purchase.
Go to our shop page on a computer available to everyone. Or print out copies of our new items page. Guests can shop while they enjoy tea and refreshments.
3. After
Complete order form.
