Celebrate a Beautiful Mosaic of Cultures
It's as Simple as 1-2-3!

1. Before

  • Choose a party site and date (church or home).
  • Order free WordCrafts catalogs by calling 1-800-968-7301. You can also download pdfs of the catalog or shop for products.
  • Send invitations to your family, friends, and church groups.
  • Print artisan stories for the following Indian and Bangladeshi artisans: Freeset; Godavari Women; Himalayan Tapestry; Village Artisans; and Peaceful Creations. Freeset and Godavari Women are also Set1Free artisans.
  • You may consider purchasing some items from these artisan groups in advance to display at the party.
  • Prepare Indian and Bangladeshi refreshments such as kuju (seasoned cashew nuts), South Asian tomato salad, and purl bread. Downloadable recipes.
  • Decorate your party with a fabulous tablescape that will inspire your guests to host their own WorldCrafts party.
  • 2. During

  • Introduce the WorldCraft ministry by using our party resources (see downloadables at left).
  • Discuss the different Indian and Bangladeshi artisans and present WorldCrafts items associated with the particular artisans.
  • Remind guests that the lives of WorldCrafts artisans are changed when we purchase their products. Artisans are blessed both spiritually and physically.
  • Take product orders.
  • 3. After

  • Collect payment and complete order form. Important: Please send only one check for the total party order. Mail to P. O. Box 830711, Birmingham, AL 35283-0711
  • If you bought items in advance and they were not purchased at the event, return them, if you wish, to WorldCrafts for full credit. (Address: 100 Missy Ridge, Birmingham, AL 35242. You are responsible for shipping.)
