It's as Simple as 1-2-3!
1. Before
Choose a party site and date (church or home).
Select a local organization or ministry whom you desire to bless, such as a children’s home or women’s shelter. Contact them and ask how your guests can bless their work through gift bags of tangible items.
Purchase appropriate items to make packets or gift bags.
Create a WorldCrafts interest center combining products, as well as
pictures and stories of the artisans. Consider ordering the Spring Hostess
Sample Set [H124116] ($99.99). Or create your own collection of products
to sell at the event.
Send invitations to guests.
Secure copies of the latest WorldCrafts catalog for party guests. Call 1-800-968-7301. You can also download our latest WorldCrafts products PDF and make copies.
Print artisan bios to display with the products or have on hand for guests to read. Also print country display cards to set up with the products.
Order the Sustain Me DVD (H104125) ($9.99).
Print an order form.
2. During
Introduce the WorldCrafts ministry by watching the Sustain Me [H104125] DVD (or download the “Presenting WorldCrafts” PDF).
Serve light refreshments. Consider dishes from our recipe section.
Encourage party attendees that they can bless WorldCrafts artisans both physically and spiritually by purchasing their products. In addition, your guests can bless the lives of those in your community by putting together gift bags for a local ministry.
Take product orders.
3. After
Collect payment and complete one order form. Important: Please
send only one check for the total party order. Mail to P.O. Box 830711, Birmingham, AL 35283-0711.
If you bought some items in advance and they were not sold at the event, return them, if you wish, within 30 days of purchase to WorldCrafts for full credit. (Address: 100 Missy Ridge, Birmingham, AL 35242. You are responsible for shipping). Note, however, that the Spring Hostess Sample Set is not returnable.
